- Our schools train students to be employees, who look for jobs, rather than CEOs/entrepreneurs who create and manage jobs.
- The skills to be a good employee are not the same skills required to be a good CEO.
- Many entrepreneurs fail to build a business. Instead they become employees within their own business, usually called self employed.
- Many entrepreneurs/ business owners work longer hours and are paid less than their employees. Therefore they end up quitting out of burnout.
- Many new entrepreneurs start to build a home business without enough real life experience and without enough startup capital.
- Many home business owners may have a great product are service but do not have the business skills centered around that product or service.
- Many entrepreneurs start home businesses with no predictability. Wealth is predictable when done properly.
Understanding the fatality rate and the problems that are associated with the creation of a failed home business is 50% of the solution.
